Please book an appointment before visiting during the working times as shown above. A fixed time slot will be available initially. If you need more time then please discuss that dring your appointment. Urgent problems will be dealt promptly.

All information and records are strictly confidential. Currently only the user password is encrypted. We have plans to encrypt all data in future depending on the need.

Reminders

Our practice is committed to high standards of service. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you services appropriate to your need.

Waiting Times

We are aware that nobody likes to be kept waiting and we try hard to adhere to appointment schedules. However, the unpredictable nature of our service means that we sometimes run behind time. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to the clients.
