Ingredients
- 1 cup sund (Ginder Powder)
- 1 cup wholemeal wheat flour
- 1/2 cup khus khus (poppy seeds)
- 1/8 cup melon seeds
- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/8 cup papaya seeds
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/8 cup ajwain
- 1/8 cup flannel seeds
Instructions:

Lightly Fry all seeds (except poppy seeds) separately in ghee. Let them cool down and then grind them into powder. It is important to do it separately to get fine powder.

Now lightly fry poppy seeds for one minute and keep it in a separate container.

Fry wholemeal flour properly (until light brown) in ghee. Add sund to it and cook for 4 minutes. Stop cooking.

Add poppy seeds that you have lightly fried earlier and also add other powdered seeds. Add shakar and mix properly.
- Serve one or two table spoons with a cup of tea in the morning and stay healthy during winter months. The receipe has been passed on through generation and is believed to strenthen the immune system.
