Ingredients
- Half bowl seviyan
- 2 tea spoons Sugar
- Half bowl Milk
- Ghee (enough to soak the seviyan)
- About 20 raisins (किशमिश)
Instructions:

Lightly Fry raw seviyan in ghee so they turn light brown in colour. Do not over-do this step.

Now add milk and sugar. Boil for few minutes until it seams that they are mixing up with the milk by soaking milk.

Add raisins and stir a bit. Let it cool down and then place in refrigerator for few hours.

Serve cold after meals.
