Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Lightly Fry raw seviyan in ghee so they turn light brown in colour. Do not over-do this step.
  2. Now add milk and sugar. Boil for few minutes until it seams that they are mixing up with the milk by soaking milk.
  3. Add raisins and stir a bit. Let it cool down and then place in refrigerator for few hours.
  4. Serve cold after meals.
