Ingredients
- 1 chopped new guinea bean
- Pinch of cumin seed
- Half table spoon of salt
- Half table spoon of black pepper
- Bowl of yogurt
- fresh green coriander leaves
- fresh green coriander leaves
- 1 table spoons of milk
Instructions:

Add some salt to the grated new guinea bean and cook in the pressure cooker for one whistle. let it cool down on its own. Do not release pressure. Drain water upon cooling.

Add some salt according to taste e.g 1/8 small tea spoon to a bowl of yogurt. Add two spoons of milk. Then stir enough to make yogurt smooth.

Add about half of cooked and cooled new guinea bean to the yogurt and mix well. The other half can be put in a zip bag and frozen for next time!

Garnish with roasted cumin seeds , crushed black pepper and green coriander before serve.
