Ingredients
- Quinoa 150 gm
- Peas & corn 100 gm
- Onion 1 chopped in square
- Desi Ghee 2 spoons
- Cumin seeds half tea spoon
- Garlic 6 pieces chopped
- Green chilly 1
- Salt as taste
- Water 300 gm
Instructions:

Soak quinoa for overnight or at least 3-4 hour

Warm up ghee and pour cumin seed and garlic.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onions and cook for five minutes.

Now add peas, corn and quinoa and 300 gm water.

Cook till quinoa absorb all the water.
