Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Soak quinoa for overnight or at least 3-4 hour
  2. Warm up ghee and pour cumin seed and garlic.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped onions and cook for five minutes.
  5. Now add peas, corn and quinoa and 300 gm water.
  6. Cook till quinoa absorb all the water.
