Ingredients
- Matar - 1bowl
- Paneer - 10 pieces
- Garlic and ginger paste -1 spoon each
- 1 Onion- fine chopped
- 1 chopped Tomato
Instructions:

Boil potatoes in microwave for 7 minutes.

Heat a spoon of butter in a pan and pour paneer pieces in butter . sprinkle a pinch of salt and red chilly, Fry for 4 minutes.put it into a plate.

Use same pan, heat up 2 spoons of olive oil, add cumin seeds, onions and fry till light brown. Put some salt as paste( salt help onions to cook fast)

Mix ginger and garlic paste, add chilly, turmeric, coriander powder- cook for 3 minutes

Add tomatoes - cook for 5 minutes

Add little water and mix Matar, potatoes and paneer and cook for couple of minutes

Add half of glass water and further cook for 7-8 minutes
