Ingredients
- 4 spoons dalia
- 8 medjool dates
- Approximately 20 sultanas
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 spoons ghee
Instructions:

Lightly Fry raw dalia in ghee so they turn light brown in colour. Do not over-do this step. This should take about 5 minutes

Now add 1 cup milk. Boil and then for 15 minutes. At this stage the dalia would swell up by absorbing the milk. Now add 2 more cups of milk and boil again for 10 minutes.

Add sultanas and chopped small pieces of medjool dates.

Serve warm.
