Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken drumstick (leg pieces)
- 1 big onion, long chopped
- Half garlic, fine grated
- 2 carrots, diced
- Half table spoon of salt
- Half table spoon of black pepper
- 2 spoons corn flour
- Soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
- half spoon Red chilli powder
Instructions:

Remove the skin of the chicken drumsticks and marinate with salt and red chilli powder. Leave it for couple of hours

Heat 2 spoon full of olive oil or ghee. Add garlic and cook for a minute.

Now add chopped onions and cook them for a couple of minutes. Add some salt and then again cook it for few more minutes until onions turn light brown in colour.

Now add black pepper. Stir a bit to mix it evenly.

Add chicken drumsticks and diced carrots. Cook for 5 minuts while strirring. Add 3 glasses of water and let it cook until the meat is ready.

Add corn flour, soy sauce and salt according to taste after cooking.

Serve in bowls.
